AUSTRALIA
Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Star Track Express, Australia Post eParcel or eParcel Express.
All orders will have the applicable postage charge (Standard or Express as nominated) applied to the cart at the checkout process.
We provide Australian customers with two shipping options:
Express Domestic Shipping: Flat Rate $17.50 Australia Wide for orders up to $69 in value.
Free Express Domestic Shipping on all Australian orders $70.00 AUD and up.
It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which is why we aim to dispatch orders on the next business day.
Delivery by express parcel takes approximately 3-6 business days.
NEW ZEALAND
Online orders for delivery to New Zealand are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel or eParcel Express.
All New Zealand orders will have the applicable postage charge applied to the cart at the checkout process.
We provide New Zealand customers with one shipping option:
Express Shipping: Flat Rate $20 AUD, New Zealand Wide.
ASIA AND PACIFIC ISLANDS
Online orders for delivery to active markets on our website, in this area, are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel or eParcel Express.
All Asia and Pacific Islands orders will have the applicable postage charge applied to the cart at the checkout process.
We provide Asia and Pacific Islands customers with one shipping option:
Express Shipping: Flat Rate $25 AUD.
